Belinda Giudice is described as ‘amazing, talented, organised and capable’ in her work as co-principal of the large and diverse Merrylands High School, and is known for regularly giving of her time to assist other secondary deputy principals in NSW. In fact, Giudice has acted as a connector for secondary deputy principals right across the state over the past 18 months, with her development and establishment of the Deputy Principal Connect System on the web. This innovative initiative now allows colleagues and peers to have important conversations about work challenges. It’s the ultimate peer support tool. Giudice continues to update and maintain the website in addition to her Merrylands High School responsibilities, with what are described as ‘simply amazing’ IT skills. Without Giudice, this ‘outstanding support’ now available online in NSW may not exist.
