Private schools hit back at ‘grossly inaccurate’ claims

Private schools have slammed a recent report suggesting twenty schools spent taxpayers’ money inappropriately.

    Government funding still allows them to use the funding privilege they have to provide over the top facilities. It's money they obviously don't need. Play semantics but it's still unfair.

    The funding that private schools receive is above and in excess of the capabilities of the government local Primary or High schools and any refuting by representatives should be viewed in the overall knowledge of the accounting procedures used by these entities are , at best, very liberal in their interpretation!!

      Which is a State government issue Glen, not a Federal issue. State entities have similarly interpretive accounting procedures. I have worked in both sectors.
