A private secondary school has been closed for the “unacceptable risk” it posed to student welfare.

Unfortunately where profit/money is the most important factor, as in any industry, educating the student becomes secondary, and teachers are forced to 'upgrade' results....so that the huge amount of money that foreign families pay for education in Australia is seen as a definate pass for these students. The parents expect nothing less..a huge amount of pressure both for the school, teachers and students (some who will never make the 'grade').
