I'd like to know how long Sharyn O’Neill has been running a school for.

How long has she actually been a principal running a school?

Oh, I know, NEVER! Seems to me that she's got no experience in this field.

I don't think she should be telling principals how to do a job they have been doing for many years.

Saving money over many years is totally crucial. It demonstrates planning and good financial management.

How else will you buy that new lawn mower, photocopiers, interactive whiteboards, etc etc for the school if you can keep putting the savings away?

Sharyn O'Neill - just another example of someone doing a job without a clue. The government is full of these people.
