HAVE YOUR SAY: Is enough training being given principals about departmental policies and procedures?

Insufficient resources for schools to ensure sufficient people in place to deal with ever escalating complexities and compliance in school operations and excess work demands equate to overloaded and stressed principals. No evidence of an eager pool of aspirant leaders to take on principal roles in the future. Where to from here for state and federally funded education which is intended to provide a quality education for the largest proportion of Australian society?

In my opinion, this government is deliberately exacerbating workload issues by continually 'adding on' random types of 'administrivia' which serves no really relevant purpose.
