While all schools have guidelines to deal with parental complaints, how should principals respond to the ‘grey areas’?

    Sometimes parents get it totally working, and of course, the PC approach would be to be conciliatory to parents in spite of their offensive attitude and presumption of knowledge, particularly in cases involving complex pedagogical or support issues . It is worth noting that telling parents the truth, not the "therapeutic truth" is also necessary.
